Since the company was founded in 1978, after nearly 40 years of ups and downs, the company has grown from a seedling to a towering tree and achieved a leap forward. At present, the company has 150 million yuan in fixed assets, covers 150mu in area, has a construction area of​50,000 square meters and owns 850 employees, including 60 technical R & D personnel. The company has eight advanced dyeing and finishing production lines and three printing production lines, and produces bleaching and dyeing products for various types of textiles and apparel fabrics as well as various printing and finishing products, with an annual production of 180 million meters and annual sales of 1 billion yuan. At the same time, the company has established Nantong Engineering Technology R&D Center, which is equipped with domestically advanced product testing devices, and joined hands with Shanghai Donghua University for Industry-University-Research Cooperation all the year round, so the company boasts excellent technology and stable quality. Early in 2002, it passed the ISO9001-2000 Quality Management System Certification. The company also has a team of more than 50 people who integrate production, marketing and sales. The products are sold to more than 50 countries and regions including Japan, Korea, Europe, the United States, the Middle East, and Africa. It is a larger partner of the textile export companies in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing and Ningbo and a larger garment fabric export base in East China.

The company is located in the east end of the township of Yuelai, Haimen City, about 1.5 kilometers northward from the Yuelai Exit of Ningqi Expressway.
